Jonathan brings over a decade of experience in games user research, with contributions to more than 60 titles across genres and platforms. His portfolio includes globally recognized franchises such as Call of Duty, Civilization VI, XCOM 2, Borderlands, Mafia III, and Cities: Skylines II.
Our contract and retainer services embed us directly into your team for the long haul. We provide continuous player research, data analysis, and strategic guidance across development milestones. This can mean running regular playtests, maintaining player insight pipelines, building dashboards for ongoing tracking, or acting as an advisor on critical UX and market decisions.
